Stomatology Department-Medical Grade Reverse Osmosis System
Standards for Dental Water in Hospitals
Purified water in hospital dental departments is mainly used for dental treatment units, dental handpieces, three-way syringes, ultrasonic scalers, cup fillers, and cleaning areas.
According to DB11/T 1703-2019, the total bacterial count should be monitored in accordance with GB/T 5750.12, with a requirement of ≤100 CFU. With increasing emphasis on infection prevention and control, water treatment and disinfectant dosing systems are recommended to provide treated water to dental treatment units.
Current Dental Water Practices in General Hospitals
Standardized dental water treatment is not yet widely implemented in many hospitals. Dental treatment units are often connected directly to municipal water supplies, with periodic disinfection of the internal waterlines. While hospitals generally focus on disinfecting dental treatment equipment, the quality and treatment of the water supply receive less attention.

Key Advantages
- High-Rejection Double-Pass RO – Up to 99.9% salt rejection.
- Continuous Disinfection – Helps prevent bacterial contamination at the dental treatment unit.
- Smart Touchscreen Control – Intuitive operation and real-time system monitoring.
- 304 Stainless Steel Sterile Water Tank – Stable and hygienic water storage.
- Closed-Loop Circulation – Continuous circulation for enhanced bacterial control.
- Automatic Chemical Disinfection – Regular pipeline disinfection helps prevent biofilm formation.
- Constant-Pressure Water Supply – Variable-frequency control for stable pressure and energy-efficient operation.
