Pretreatment Stage-Horizontal Multistage Booster Pumps
In a reverse osmosis (RO) system, the primary function of the raw water pump is to provide stable and sufficient water pressure and flow to the pre-treatment system, ensuring that the feed water can smoothly enter the subsequent treatment units.
The raw water pump pressurizes the feed water from the source (such as a water tank or municipal water supply) to approximately 0.3 MPa, meeting the inlet pressure requirements of pre-treatment equipment such as quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, and cartridge (precision) filters.
In conventional RO systems, especially horizontal single-stage RO units, which are known for their compact structure and ease of maintenance, horizontal centrifugal pumps are commonly selected as the raw water pump.

2 m³/H RO Feed Pump
Installed at the front end of the pre-treatment section, its main function is to increase the pressure of the raw water.

4 m³/H Feed Pump for RO Plant
Ensuring raw water meets the operating pressure requirements of subsequent filtration equipment (such as sand filters and carbon filters)

8 m³/H Horizontal Multistage Pump
Increase the raw water to typical working pressure range is 0.2–0.5 MPa (approximately 2–5 kg/cm²).

12 m³/H Multistage Centrifugal Pumps
lift head: 20m, 30m, 40m and 50m. It adopts a maintenance-free mechanical seal. The structure is simple and well-designed, significantly extending the pump’s trouble-free operating time.

16m³/H Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pumps
All wetted parts of the pump are made of stainless steel (304 or 316), and are equipped with hard alloy seals in different material grades, ensuring leak-free operation when handling various media.

20 m³/H Multistage Centrifugal Water Pump
Equipped with two low-noise bearings, the pump operates smoothly, producing virtually no noise apart from the slight sound of the motor.
RO Stage-Vertical Multistage Booster Pump
CDL/CDLF series light vertical multistage centrifugal pumps provide sufficient pressure in reverse osmosis systems. RO membranes must operate under certain pressure (typically 0.6–1.0 MPa, depending on feed salinity); the CDL pump generates the required high pressure to force feed water through the RO membrane and separate solutes. It also maintains stable system flow, ensuring a constant feed rate for the RO unit to support production efficiency and desalination performance. The CDL series is suitable for non-corrosive liquids, while the CDLF series can handle mildly corrosive media, making them applicable to tap water, surface water, and pretreated industrial wastewater as RO feed sources.

2 m³/H Vertical Multistage Pump
Non-self-priming vertical multistage centrifugal pump, equipped with a standard vertical motor and a cartridge-type mechanical seal, allowing for very convenient replacement.

4 m³/H Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump
The wetted parts of the pump are fabricated from stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316 sheets through stamping and welding, making the pump suitable for handling mildly corrosive media.

8 m³/H high Pressure Vertical Multistage Pumps
By adopting an optimized hydraulic model and advanced manufacturing processes, the pump’s performance and service life are significantly enhanced.

16 m³/H Vertical Multistage Water Pump
The mechanical seal face is made of alloy against silicon carbide, and the auxiliary sealing ring is made of fluororubber, which improves the pump’s operational reliability and its capability to handle higher media temperatures.

20 m³/H Multistage Water Pump
The overall structure is compact, with small size, light weight, low noise, significant energy-saving performance, and convenient maintenance.

32 m³/H Centrifugal Vertical Multistage Pump
The inlet and outlet of the pipeline centrifugal pump are located on the same horizontal line of the pump base, allowing it to be directly installed in the pipeline.

45 m³/H High Head Multistage Centrifugal Pump
The multistage high pressure pump uses a standard motor, allowing users to easily select and equip a motor according to their specific requirements, achieving solute separation in applications such as seawater desalination and wastewater treatment.

65 m³/H High Pressure Multistage Centrifugal Pumps
uitable for conveying thin, clean, non-solid, fiber-free and non-flammable media such as mineral water, softened water, purified water and light chemical media, and can also handle mildly corrosive fluids due to its stainless steel construction.

85 m³/H High Pressure Multistage Pump
The core power equipment of the reverse osmosis system, which provides high pressure of 6–20 bar to force water molecules to pass through the semipermeable membrane in the opposite direction of natural osmosis
Advantages of Multistage Booster Pump

FAQ of Multistage Booster Pump
What is a multistage centrifugal pump?
A multistage centrifugal pump is a type of centrifugal pump equipped with multiple impellers, enabling it to generate higher head (lift/pressure).
What is vertical multistage centrifugal pump working principle?
When the motor drives the impellers on the shaft to rotate at high speed, the liquid inside the impellers is thrown outward by centrifugal force. As it moves through the impeller channels, both pressure and velocity increase. The liquid then flows through the guide casing to the next impeller, repeating this process through all stages. With each stage adding pressure, the total head is gradually increased.
What is the material of multistage booster pump impeller?
The pump’s wetted parts are made of stainless steel (304/316), suitable for mildly corrosive media. It can also be customized with 2205 duplex stainless steel according to customer requirements.
How to do multistage centrifugal pump maintenance?
Conduct full performance tests to measure flow, head, and efficiency; if results deviate by more than 10% from design values, adjust components (such as impeller trimming) or replace worn parts. Inspect the motor for insulation resistance (≥0.5MΩ), overheating, and bearing lubrication quality. Check pipelines and valves for sealing and stability, and ensure flanges and supports are secure to prevent stress on the pump.
Do you supply customized multistage booster pump?
Yes, we supply OEM orders too.
Can you make pump group with the light horizontal/vertical multistage centrifugal pump?
Yes, we can make the pump group according to your request and application environment.
