Are your water treatment systems all standard, or do they need to be customized?
For small capacities from 250 LPH to 3000 LPH, most systems are standard, but we adjust the production according to the customer’s local voltage and frequency. For larger capacities, we design the system based on the raw water quality.
For some larger systems, the shipping cost is high if they are fully assembled due to the large volume. Can you ship all components unassembled so we can assemble them ourselves after receiving them?
Yes, that’s possible. Some of our customers already operate this way. It can significantly reduce your sea freight cost, and in some countries it can even help lower import duties.
Can you provide installation services for your systems?
For small systems, installation is very simple, and we provide detailed documentation so customers can handle the installation themselves. For large systems, we can provide on-site installation services, but the customer needs to cover the travel and accommodation expenses for the installation personnel.
Do you have any additional services?
Yes, we provide a free goods inspection service. If your supplier is within 200 km of our company (Chengdu), even the transportation cost will be covered by us. If the distance is more than 200 km, only the transportation and hotel costs will be borne by you.
Can all your products accept OEM service?
Yes, for each item, there will be a minimum order quantity, and then we can produce an OEM order for you.
Can you source some other related products for us?
Yes, whether they are water- or wastewater-related products, we can source them for you. We have been working in the water and wastewater fields for more than 10 years.
