seko mechanial dosing pump

We supply SEKO dosing pumps for accurate and reliable chemical dosing in water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial processes and other applications in China. Different SEKO metering pump series are available for various flow rates, pressures and control requirements.

SEKO Dosing Pump Series

SEKO dosing pumps are precision chemical dosing equipment dedicated to the chemical, water treatment and other industries, primarily designed for accurate transfer of highly corrosive media such as strong acids and strong alkalis.

Its core features include corrosion-resistant construction materials (including PP, PVDF or fluorine-lined structures), precise flow control with tolerance within ±1%, and modular design.

Tekba & Komba Seris

The Tekba and Komba series are professional electromagnetically actuated diaphragm dosing pumps. Equipped with microprocessor control and digital displays, they adopt horizontal mounting design and are widely used for chemical reagent dosing in the water treatment industry.
These two types of metering pumps feature accurate chemical feeding, robust durability and stable operation. Sealing materials are available in FPM or EPDM, and special material configurations can be customized on demand.

Features & Advantages

Stable Dosing Performance

Equipped with an electromagnetic drive algorithm that protects both the pump and the environment.

It offsets the impact of voltage fluctuations on pump operation, ensuring long-term stable running.

Energy Saving

It operates steadily over a wide voltage range (100–240 Vac, 50/60 Hz).

Adopting SEKO patented electromagnetic drive algorithms, it effectively reduces power consumption.

Excellent Chemical Compatibility

Fitted with a PVDF pump head, PVC suction tube, PE discharge tube and ceramic ball valves,

the pump delivers long service life and outstanding chemical resistance, compatible with nearly all chemicals used in water treatment industries.

Safe Wiring

The relay connections of the EMG series adopt IP65-rated circular connectors.

Easy Wiring

The signal ports of the EMG series feature internally threaded terminals,

allowing quick plug-and-play connection with external signal input devices.

Simple Installation

Installation is straightforward without requiring special tools.

Long Service Life of Diaphragm

Seko Dosing Pump Troubleshooting

  • Failure to prime liquid: Inspect whether the strainer on the foot valve is clogged (monthly cleaning is recommended). Verify the airtightness of the suction pipeline. For high-viscosity media, increase the stroke frequency to above 60 Hz.
  • Flow fluctuation troubleshooting: If the pressure gauge reading of the pulsation dampener fluctuates by more than 0.05 MPa, inspect the sealing performance of the check valves. An acoustic emission detector can locate worn ball valves; the typical replacement cycle for ball valves is 2,000 operating hours.
  • Motor overheating warning: If the temperature rise exceeds 65°C, check whether the cooling fan runs normally. For sites with ambient temperature above 40°C, install an axial fan for forced air cooling.
By strictly complying with the above technical specifications, SEKO dosing pumps can maintain a metering accuracy of over 98% and achieve an MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of more than 100,000 hours. A full inspection is recommended every 500 operating hours, focusing on monitoring diaphragm fatigue and aging of sealing components.
