The CDL/CDLF RO pressure pump is a non-self-priming vertical multistage centrifugal pump designed for installation with a standard motor. The motor shaft is directly coupled to the pump shaft through a coupling at the pump head. Tie bolts secure the pressure casing and flow-through components between the pump head and the suction/discharge sections. The pump’s suction and discharge ports are aligned on the same axis at the base. An optional intelligent protector of pressure pump for ro system can be installed to provide effective protection against dry running, phase loss, overload, and other abnormal conditions.

FAQ
What types of RO high-pressure pumps do you offer?
At CLEAR ENVIRONMENT, we provide not only vertical multistage centrifugal high-pressure pumps but also horizontal models. Customers can choose based on their system layout and available space. In most projects, vertical pumps are used more commonly.
If we would like you to select the high-pressure pump model for us, what information do you need?
We need your required flow rate, raw water quality (especially the chloride content), and the voltage/frequency to determine the correct pump model.
What materials are RO pumps made of?
Most RO pumps are made of SS304 or SS316L stainless steel.
For seawater desalination or highly corrosive environments, duplex stainless steel or super duplex materials may be required.
Can RO pumps handle seawater directly?
Not all RO pumps can handle seawater.
Feedwater salinity, pH, and chloride concentration must be checked. For seawater (35,000 ppm), corrosion-resistant materials such as SS316L, duplex stainless steel(2205), or special coatings are recommended.
Do you have any additional services?
Yes, we provide a free goods inspection service. If your supplier is within 200 km of our company (Chengdu), even the transportation cost will be covered by us. If the distance is more than 200 km, only the transportation and hotel costs will be borne by you.
Can all your products accept OEM service?
Yes, for each item, there will be a minimum order quantity, and then we can produce an OEM order for you.
Can you source some other related products for us?
Yes, whether they are water- or wastewater-related products, we can source them for you. We have been working in the water and wastewater fields for more than 10 years.
