APPLICATION

Small‑scale Industrial Water Treatment
Electronics Industry
In processes such as semiconductor and microchip manufacturing, high-purity deionized water is required for cleaning, etching, and other production steps.
Pharmaceutical Industry
Used for the preparation of purified water in pharmaceutical processes. Since pharmaceutical production demands extremely high water quality, 4040 ro membrane housing can be applied in small-scale pharmaceutical workshops or laboratories. formulation, and other processes.
Food & Beverage Industry
During beverage production, brewing, and related processes, feed water must be purified. The system can remove odors, colors, microorganisms, and some minerals, improving taste and quality, and ensuring the safety and consistency of food and beverage products.

Small‑scale Commercial Water Treatment
Office Buildings & Hotels
Provides water treatment for central air-conditioning systems, domestic water supply, and other facilities in office buildings and hotels. The system can remove hardness ions to prevent scaling, extend equipment lifespan, and supply high-quality water for daily drinking, washing, and other uses.
Beauty Salons & Gyms
These facilities also have specific water quality requirements. For example, beauty salons need soft water to prevent impurities from affecting hair and skin, while gyms require clean and hygienic water for showers. The 4×40 ro membrane housing can be used in small-scale water treatment equipment to provide suitable water quality for these applications.

Domestic Water Treatment
Villas & Large Households
For families with high water quality requirements, especially those needing direct drinking water, the 4 inch ro membrane housing can be installed in home water treatment systems. When used alongside other filtration devices, it removes harmful substances from water, providing safe and healthy drinking water.
Rural or Remote Areas
In some rural or remote locations with limited water supply, groundwater or surface water may have poor quality, containing sediments, bacteria, heavy metals, and other contaminants. Small-scale reverse osmosis systems with 4‑inch membrane housings can treat these water sources, improving water quality and meeting basic household water needs.
PACKING
FAQ
What is the typical production lead time for your membrane housings?
It depends on the quantity. For regular orders, the production lead time is around 15 days (excluding items that are in stock).
What is the pressure rating of your membrane housings?
Available pressure ratings include:
300 PSI
450 PSI
600 PSI
1000 PSI
1200 PSI
(Other custom pressure ratings can be provided based on application requirements.)
What materials are used?
Shell: Fiber-reinforced epoxy resin (FRP)
Inner liner: High-strength polyethylene (PE) or polyurethane
End caps & adapters: Stainless steel / Engineering plastics
These materials ensure corrosion resistance, light weight, and long service life.
Can the membrane housing be used in seawater desalination systems?
Yes. We offer high-pressure models (1000 PSI and above) suitable for seawater RO systems. The smooth inner surface also helps reduce pressure loss and fouling.
How do I install the membrane elements in the housing?
Typically:
Open the end cap
Insert thrust ring
Lubricate O-rings
Push membrane element in direction of concentrate outlet
We provide detailed installation manuals upon shipment.
Do you have any additional services?
- Yes, we provide a free goods inspection service. If your supplier is within 200 km of our company (Chengdu), even the transportation cost will be covered by us. If the distance is more than 200 km, only the transportation and hotel costs will be borne by you.
Can all your products accept OEM service?
Yes, for each item, there will be a minimum order quantity, and then we can produce an OEM order for you.
Can you source some other related products for us?
Yes, whether they are water- or wastewater-related products, we can source them for you. We have been working in the water and wastewater fields for more than 10 years.
