Fluid End
The mechanical drive diaphragm and the material side without a diaphragm allow easy passage of the conveyed media.
The metering pump head materials include PVC, PVDF, SS316, and others, making them suitable for a wide range of chemical liquids.
Equipped with a self-cleaning check valve structure.
Drive End
The mechanical diaphragm metering pump features a reliable cam mechanism suitable for harsh working conditions, offering low noise, easy disassembly, and convenient maintenance.
Supported by sliding bearings to ensure smooth, stable, and low-noise operation, with reduced maintenance costs.
Control Mode
Metering dosing pumps power supply options: 380V three-phase, 200V single-phase, 220V three-phase, 50Hz/60Hz.
A switch controller operates the three-phase motor in an “on/off” mode to adjust the output flow.

FAQ
Are your dosing pumps made in China?
Yes, all of our metering/dosing pumps are made in China. If you purchase imported brands from us, the cost will be much higher, so we usually recommend buying those from your local distributors. However, if your project specifically requires an international brand, we can also supply it.
What is the difference between an electromagnetic dosing pump and a mechanical dosing pump?
Electromagnetic dosing pump (solenoid pump):
Uses a solenoid coil to drive a diaphragm. Suitable for small to medium flow rates, low to medium pressure, and applications requiring compact size and easy installation.Mechanical dosing pump:
Uses mechanical linkage (motor + gearbox + crankshaft + diaphragm/plunger). Suitable for large flow rates, higher pressures, and continuous industrial dosing.
Based on your experience, can you provide a general recommendation on which types of dosing pumps are suitable for common water applications?
Choose based on your application:
Electromagnetic: ideal for small water treatment systems, labs, swimming pools, cooling towers, hotel RO systems, etc.
Mechanical: recommended for chemical plants, boiler water dosing, industrial RO systems, mining, metallurgy, oil & gas.
Do you have any additional services?
- Yes, we provide a free goods inspection service. If your supplier is within 200 km of our company (Chengdu), even the transportation cost will be covered by us. If the distance is more than 200 km, only the transportation and hotel costs will be borne by you.
Can all your products accept OEM service?
Yes, for each item, there will be a minimum order quantity, and then we can produce an OEM order for you.
Can you source some other related products for us?
Yes, whether they are water- or wastewater-related products, we can source them for you. We have been working in the water and wastewater fields for more than 10 years.
